Some examples of information that you provide to AVSmartz which is public information are: your first and last name, Member-id, your business background and experience, your career history and background, your city, your state, and your zip code, your resume, messages posted by you to forums, questions and answers posted by you, and any Content posted by you to the AVSmartz Service. We generally associate all public information about you with your first and last name when presenting this information on the AVSmartz Service and you may communicate with other members through the AVSmartz Service’s messaging system. Public information is used to operate the AVSmartz service and by the very nature of the AVSmartz Service, must be public in order for the AVSmartz concept to work and to make the AVSmartz community a valuable resource for all of our Members. Public information is accessible to all AVSmartz Members, and visitors to AVSmartz’s websites, and is not subject to any restrictions under this privacy policy.

Underage Users

The AVSmartz websites are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

An example of this is an advertisement targeted at professionals in event planning in a given geographic area. Advertisers, including ad-serving companies, may likely assume that people who view, interact with, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria. Advertisers do not have access to AVSmartz’s cookies but AVSmartz does allow other companies that display advertisements on our website to set and access their cookies on your computer. We retain all information that we gather about you indefinitely and by modifying or deleting your personal information, it will likely remain in our archived records, even after it has been deleted.
